I'm Alfred Naayem - an operator who builds AI-powered tools to lead and operate companies of the future.
I spent 5 years as Director of Operations for a Japanese DTC brand, managing everything from supply chain and vendor negotiations to product launches and cross-functional team coordination. Before that, I founded two consumer brands and cut my teeth in investment strategy in Beirut.
Now, through Alcanah Partners, I design and deploy intelligent workflows - from CRM automation and financial tracking to content pipelines and cross-team coordination - so owners, teams, and operators can run smarter and leaner.
Alcanah is the name of our family's legacy business, which I grew up with and experienced its growth from zero to an 8-figure beast that impacted many lives.
I bring that operator experience to every engagement - I'm not just building automations, I'm building the systems I wish I had when I was the one running the day-to-day.
